Hi, I'm Ibrahim Aydiner, 0, from Germany with Turkish roots. My tech journey began with fascination for Apple's website animations on my iPad Mini, leading me to dive into frontend development. University years deepened this passion, as I explored JavaScript and frameworks, enjoying the magic of turning concepts into reality.

Frontend Developer
Over time, I expanded my skills to include backend development, databases, and cloud computing through internships, student jobs, and freelance projects. However, I discovered that I enjoy working on the frontend and connecting UX with immersive experiences much more. This portfolio is meant to showcase exactly that.
Outside of programming, my world revolves around gaming and music. Whether I'm coding, lost in my favorite tunes, or diving into games, these passions fuel my creativity. Yet, it's not all screens for me - I cherish spending time with friends outdoors. There's nothing quite like enjoying a sunset over the ocean, especially on vacation, to remind me of the beauty beyond the digital landscape.

Personal Portfolio - 3D with 2D combined
Welcome to my portfolio website! I'm so glad you're here exploring it. Creating this website was an exciting journey that challenged me to push the boundaries of my technical abilities and creative vision. I drew inspiration from other sites that captivated me with their creativity and innovation, and I hope you find my site just as captivating. After completing my Bachelor's thesis, I decided to spend days and nights bringing this project to life. Now after almost 1 and a half years of development, I'm proud to present the final result.
Here, you can explore a virtual version of my room - the place where I spend most of my time. My goal was to develop a platform that would not only showcase my technical and creative skills, but also engage visitors in a way that goes beyond the traditional portfolio experience. Combining challenging technical obstacles with a creative touch that truly brought my vision to life, this project gave me immense satisfaction and joy.
The website is divided into two parts - the 3D site and the 2D OS site. The 3D site is powered by React Three Fiber (Vite & Typescript), which is responsible for rendering the scene. To create a seamless user experience that bridges the gap between traditional web design and a fully immersive digital environment, an iframe is strategically used to integrate the 2D site within the 3D environment.
I won't go into detail here, but I may publish a course or case study in the near future that will provide a deeper insight into the creation and technical implementation of this project.

• Designed and implemented a fully-functional e-commerce platform specializing in candles, utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) for end-to-end web application development.
• Transitioned later to a shopify shop for stramlined operations.
Weather App 3D – ASP.NET & React Three Fiber
• Designed an intuitive user interface with Figma, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal for a weather forecasting application.
• Translated Figma designs into a responsive frontend using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
• Developed a robust backend with ASP.NET, integrating external weather APIs for real-time data retrieval and seamless frontend communication.
• Leveraged React Three Fiber to create dynamic 3D visualizations for various weather conditions, such as rain and sunshine, enhancing user engagement with immersive graphical representations.
Thesis Project: 3D Showcase Platform (Adapted for Public Release)
• I used Blender to design and model high-polygon buildings, showcasing advanced 3D modeling techniques and attention to detail in architectural visualization.
• I used UV unwrapping and shader baking in Blender to enhance the realism and texture quality of the models, ensuring they met high visual standards.
• I integrated and optimized 3D models within a web-based environment using React Three Fiber, demonstrating proficiency in combining traditional 3D modeling with modern web technologies.
Advanced post-processing effects were applied using React Three Fiber to enhance the realism of the scene, using techniques such as lighting adjustments and atmospheric effects to create immersive and visually appealing 3D environments.
Real-Time Messenger App - Utilizing Pusher & React
• Developed a real-time messaging platform with Pusher, enabling instant messaging and notifications for enhanced user interaction.
• Achieved a responsive design for cross-device compatibility, integrating NextAuth, Google, and GitHub for secure, multi-factor authentication.
Utilized Cloudinary for media uploads and react-hook-form for form validation, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Featured advanced messaging functionalities like read receipts, online/offline status, and group/private messaging, supported by React for frontend and RESTful APIs for backend integration.
• Employed direct database interactions and complex server-client relationships for a scalable, real-time communication system.

Created an interactive 3D car configurator with Three.js, incorporating open-source Lamborghini and McLaren models for customizable user experiences.
